NOTE:
For Canopus users please do not apply the 1.3 Patch; otherwise you

- Support Canopus MTV series capture card and
DVStorm with StormEncoder and other types of capture cards

NOTEs:
- About the Pal and NTSC system in Hardware encoding,
please pay attention to set your TV system to the same setting
for the Canopus software and Ulead DVD Workshop
- About half D1 size (352*480) renders, please keep
in mind to uncheck the [Do not convert compliant files] option,
and then users could get the results they want

is not able to support this function, so the hardware encoding
in Ulead DVD Workshop will also not support this function
Bugs fixed:
- Disordered words in the Japanese version
- Incorrect links to web pages
- Hardware and software render switch function
- Failed when rendering half D1 size clips
- Conflict problem with Canopus MPEGTOOLS
